Our Restaurant & Bar - Season's

What makes our team of chefs special? They all share a wealth of expertise from five star hotels across India and are led by our executive chef D.S. Thapa. As we “eat” with our eyes first, we have made use of essential Indian ingredients - making our dishes look stunning as well as having exquisite tastes.

Our Season's cuisine is more than merely adapting Indian food for the British palate; for us it has involved daring to remain true to the authenticity of Indian cooking. What makes our cooking distinctive, is the subtle blending of flavours achieved through a deep understanding of spices and the sequence in which they are applied so as to harmonize each individual ingredient's impact on the entire dish.

And of course you can rest assured that we can achieve perfection without any use of artificial additives or colourings.

Private Events and Parties

Season's has an experienced sales team who will make your private party an occasion to remember.
Our private dining rooms and lounge can seat 100 and hold 150 for canapé receptions. We have a selection of party menus available and should you wish, we can devise a special, tailor-made menu to suit your requirements.
Our restaurant & bar can also be hired during the day. Our classy plasma screens provide a style of corporate entertaining with panache.

A heritage to be proud of

Season's is located in the ground floor of Baylis House - a Grade 1 listed building - overlooking a beautiful and well maintained garden. The library's distinctive features have been retained, while attempting to capture the beauty of Baylis in its artefacts. To enhance the beauty, the solid oak flooring has been revived and ornate marble fireplaces have been sympathetically restored. The aquamarine mood lighting lends an atmosphere of relaxed elegance and class.
