of chefs all share a wealth of expertise from five star hotels
across India and are led by our executive chef Rajeev Arora. As
we “eat” with our eyes first, we have made use of
essential Indian ingredients - making our dishes look stunning
as well as having exquisite tastes.
Seasons cuisine is more than merely adapting Indian food for
the British palate; for us it has involved daring to remain true
to the authenticity of Indian cooking. What makes our cooking
distinctive, is the subtle blending of flavours achieved through
a deep understanding of spices and the sequence in which they are
applied so as to harmonize each individual ingredient's impact
on the entire dish.
Furthermore you can rest assured that we can achieve all this without
the use of any artificial additives or colourings.
